Puppies Arrive on Private Air Charter at Boeing Field!
Want to save time driving puppies from Winthrop to Seattle? Charter your own private plane! Our family had so much fun delivering six puppies to their new families with Catlin Flying Service. We felt like celebrities when we landed at the Boeing private jet charter facility Clay Lacy, in Seattle, WA. The best part was seeing all the kids pressed against the lobby windows eagerly waiting our arrival! The puppies didn't seem to mind the noise of nearby jet engines as they romped around on the tarmac with their new families. Let's see.. 12 hours roundtrip by car versus 3 hours by plane.. I think we're on to something!
Our Veterinarian Named Washington State Vet of the Year!
Our very own Dr. Dan DeWeert with Valley Veterinary Clinic in Twisp, WA was named 2012 Veterinarian of the Year by the Washington State Veterinary Medical Association! According to the organization, Dr. DeWeert was selected by his peers in recognition of an outstanding career in veterinary medicine through local, state and national veterinary association activities. His remarkable contributions to practice, his community, and other professional endeavors are also considered exemplary. We love Dr Dan and his wonderful wife Dr Terri, and we appreciate the great care they take of our dogs and puppies! Congratulations!
Puppies Visit Fifth Grade!
Four puppies from our December litter had a great time playing with fifth graders at Methow Valley Elementary School in Winthrop, WA. The 29 students enjoyed watching the pups race around playing with toys and climbing onto their laps. Everyone thought the visiting puppies were adorable and one student was even overheard saying, "This is the best day of my life!"
